Blue Ridge is an accurate name, too. What a wonderful post. I don't recall how it was, but I also don't recall ever having a bad meal there.

Besides the location, food, and view, I also love the gift shop and their selection of regional books, which I seem to be addicted to. Pisgah before though. You're right, it does get steep. Pretty trail though.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03935415926786701355noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29138743.post-44603575711546435482009-07-26T08:35:50.874-05:002009-07-26T08:35:50.874-05:00Hi KT. One bloom we found at the lower elevation was as big as my hand, but the rest, growing in abundance toward Pisgah, could fit in my palm. I have a little hand! I didn't expect that.

I also noticed that, like the trout lilies at the Plummers, the stamen onKBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10709111033267247339noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29138743.post-12955218595098340982009-07-26T08:28:07.204-05:002009-07-26T08:28:07.204-05:00Oh cool. Those and then some. That's one steep hill!KBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10709111033267247339noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29138743.post-69026458839931388702009-07-25T22:38:32.783-05:002009-07-25T22:38:32.783-05:00The lilies are one of my favorite summer wildflowe...The lilies are one of my favorite summer wildflowers. I never get tired of the views from the BRP either. Last month Joe and me had lunch at the Pisgah Inn. The food was good and you can't beat the view. I would recommend the Mt.
